We are ICANNWORLD INC., a leading brand and property asset management firm and provider of online tools and services to help the brands within our member portfolio succeed online.
Security and privacy are at the core of our business practices and product offerings; we care deeply about protecting the personal information of our customers and site visitors. Our goal is to be as transparent and forthright as possible about the data we collect, with whom we share this data, and how this data is used.
This Privacy Policy, which may also be referred to as a “privacy notice” on some of our websites, describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.icannworld.com , ICANNWORLD funnels, or any of ICANNWORLD’s Brand Managed Sites (collectively, the “Sites”). This Privacy Policy applies to all the Sites and brands in the ICANNWORLD corporate family, our products and services, and our mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to the Sites with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in ICANNWORLD. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than the Sites.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, meta data, time zone, certain provided social media identifiers, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Sites, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Sites, and information about how you interact with the Sites. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users'

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Sites, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
- “Web beacons,” “tags,” and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Sites.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Sites, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information as warranted to successfully complete the transaction (i.e. credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
Finally, we may collect information from other sources (publicly available information, information you provide at seminars, information you consent to be provided to us by third parties, etc.). We refer to this information as “Other Information.”
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Sites (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

· Ensure the proper functioning of our Services;
· Administer the ICANNWORLD corporate family member Sites;

· Assist us in offering you a personalized experience or otherwise tailor our Services to you;
· When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with useful information or advertising relating to our products or services; and

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Sites (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Sites, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
The Other Information we receive could be used in conjunction with the Order and Device Information, or standalone. We also use the information we receive to produce reports on trends and statistics, such as mobile search trends, email open rates by industry, campaign best practices or the number of users that have been exposed to, or clicked on the Sites, or evaluated or purchased our products or services.
Payment information that you provide to us, including credit card data, will only be used to facilitate payment for the Services or Products.
We may also use recorded telephone conversations for quality control purposes, to train our employees and for our own protection.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. THIRD PARTY PRIVACY POLICIES
ICANNWORLD’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Each of our advertising partners has their own Privacy Policy for their policies on user data. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Note that the Sites has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on the Sites, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Sites, we retain your personal information to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
MINORS
Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
ICANNWORLD does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian of such a child and become aware that your child has provided this kind of information to us, we strongly encourage you to please contact us immediately as described in this Privacy Policy, and we will will do our best efforts and take reasonable steps to remove any such information from our records.
CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
