Established in 2018, we are a group of committed problem solvers and knowledge brokers that use our combined know-how and expertise in a variety of practice areas.  Our years of consulting experience have equipped us with the skills needed to help our clients deliver their initiatives, and achieve their goals.  In the asset management areas of our business, we are equally committed to help manage the brands under our care,  and to help our property investors leverage opportunities to passively grow and expand their real estate holdings with us.

As owners and operators, we are invested in medium to long-term, high-quality assets across Canada. Our competence is in identifying and acquiring high-quality assets at favorable valuations and financing them on a long-term, low-risk basis. 

To date, we have invested our own capital to acquire, develop, and operate the assets within our portfolios.  The portfolios we currently manage cover real estate, personal brands,  publishing and communications, and business-to-consumer online storefronts having a favourable asset management value and ongoing gains.

We expect to continue to use our operational expertise to deliver stellar consultant services, establish, and grow brands, enhance cash flows, increase the value of our underlying assets, and produce solid long-term returns. 

Despite all that has taken place in 2020, we are growing and we are actively seeking expansion of our passive investor base, and strategic teams to fuel that growth.  That also means extending our access to deal flows that can benefit the investors we attain.
